REtoday – Green religions?

Author:

£2.50

This term’s RE Today is about climate justice. We say ‘justice’ instead of ‘Climate Crisis’ or ‘Climate Change’ from Christian Aid, drawing our attention to the fact that the climate crisis hits the poor of the Earth, first, worst and hardest. We think we know now that there is no more urgent global challenge than our human response to the human failings that have led to the air-warming, sea-level raising, fossil-fuel burning catastrophe which we can hardly see moving but which gives us 12 years, if we are lucky, to reverse the destructive and wasteful human behaviours of centuries.
